Graduate Ann Arbor and More team up to help the University of Michigan create the first-ever college NFT gallery

The crypto company More and Graduate Ann Arbor are assisting the University of Michigan to create a sports-inspired college NFT gallery at the campus on October 11.

Quick Take:

  • The University of Michigan joins forces with More and Graduate Ann Arbor to create NFT project and gallery.
  • The university’s NFT gallery will showcase BAYC and athletes from the University of Michigan.
  • Reasons for the gallery include “offering a new avenue for fans to support the university’s sports players.”
  • Some of the top athletes showcased on the digital assets include Cade McNamara, Mazi Smith, and Zak Zinter.

The Exhibit – What to Expect

The exhibit set to open at the campus on October 11 will consist of six digital screens featuring artwork created by More artists. Although, athletes from the university also gave their input for new ideas.

“We expect to incorporate student art for exposure and potential monetization in the next few months. For student-athletes, it is a platform to market various digital goods in real life that would otherwise not be available to them. For all other students, it is a cool spot to check out interesting Web3 projects that are local and personal,”

said Peter Klamka, Founder, More Management, LLC.

Through this partnership, Ann Arbor and More will provide student-athletes with an innovative way to gain profits while creating and distributing their art in a user-friendly medium that everyone can enjoy.

“We expect to incorporate student art for both exposure and potential monetization in the new few months. For student-athletes, it is a platform to market various forms of digital goods in real life that would otherwise not be available to them.  For all other students, it is a cool spot to check out interesting Web3 projects that are local and personal,”

continued Klamka.

Klamka also added how it is an exciting time to be in NFTs and that there’s so much upside and opportunity to develop projects with the Web3 brands—to create loyalty and game opportunities, and to expand the market for digital goods to new audiences.
